Pros

For the first time in my nursing career, by stepping away from the hospital setting I have reached a balance between by personal life and professional carer. I have a flexible schedule as long as I get my work done. I work from home 2 days per week. Also, I have great co-workers and a great manager. The salary is competitive in the mid 60K. Depending on the companies profit we get a bonus by April as long as I can prove that I have reached the goals previously discussed with my manager. You get 2 weeks off per year plus the holidays. I give a four star because in over all is a great company to work for,

Cons

The work processes are constantly changing and evolving, In one month they train you to perform a task in one way, the next month they change it and the following month they ask you to stop. Like in any other place the documentation is outrageous therefore I work an average of a 50 hrs per week. Case Managers salaried employee so we don't qualify for overtime.

Leadership Vacuum

Pros

Compensation and benefits are fair; most employees are friendly; health and wellness programs and free flu shots; some opportunity for advancement

Cons

Very poor leadership in middle management. Overall, there is general feeling of dread and paranoia within the company. Middle management seems more concerned about wielding their limited power over subordinates, instead of fostering an environment of collaboration and teamwork. Managers are extremely passive-aggressive towards workers, and seem reluctant to delegate important projects/work. If you don't kiss major butt at Superior - you will fail.

Pros

No interview needed since employees quit during orientation and any survivors last about a year or less. Out of eight in orientation three stayed more than two weeks.

Cons

Very poor orientation. Maybe six hours out of 40 were learning based rest of time waiting. Following week new trainer from other city states that previous information was all wrong.
