Pros
Work from home, sick or not, that is always a bonus! Work naked, in your boxers, get stoned, have a glass of wine, no one can tell you otherwise!
Cons
I completed part of the training, and just couldn't take much more of it... If your resume reflects a high caliber level of IT experience, don't expect to get a better position if you can't answer a quiz which uses outdated questions as the determining factor to judge if you got what it takes to be a PTE (personal technology expert) instead you will be stuck doing the bottom of the barrel RST (remote service technician) which basically means you will be answering wireless support calls for Comcast! Their protocols for helping the end users are absurd and will only result in the customers calling back continuously! Make no mistake friends! Your starting schedule will be 5 days a week 4pm to 12:30am PST! Which means if you are on central time you will be working 6pm to 2:30am! Do the math! If you are on the east or west coast, it will be even worse! The environment is completely metrics driven! This is beaten into your head from day one of training! Never mind helping the customer! So long as you get them off of the phone in ten minutes or less! It's a sad case when customer service is a lost art, only to be reflected upon how many calls can be taken in as little time as possible! This company cares about number, they don't care about you or what you have going on, make no mistake about it!
