The only pro I can say about this job is that they were regularly over staffed so we could leave early.

Pros

The company was recently sold, jettisoned its biggest client, and is reinventing itself. So fat, things seem to be working and no one is getting laid off. If the plan work, everyone should benefit.

Cons

There is a lot of stress and uncertainty. Communication with rank and file employees is awful.
