Out of scope calls are still directed to experts and misinformed that we can help. Customers are sold services for which they don't need although the company has lost class action suits for the same behavior in the past. The company wants to switch to paying employees via cryptocurrency which they also mine using their own power plant, contributing needlessly to global warming. Everything is political so employees are urged to never have conversations with each other. Incredibly underpaid for your knowledge. Get paid not enough for living expenses no matter where you decide to live in USA. Get PTO, but you can't take it unless you call I'm because there's never any available time. Raise any grievances and the management will belittle you.
