Pros

Get to work at home

Cons

You are literally just a number to these people. Do not ever expect to get a raise because they do not do raises at all. You have no say in your schedule, you can bid for a shift that they say is based on metrics, however even if you are top 2% you will get the exact opposite of the shift you bid for always. If you are late 1 min at any time it counts against you , no matter if its an isp issue or you are 1/2 dead. The other thing, is you must have very thick skin. you will be answering complaint calls for a cable service company. You get yelled at and cursed out for a solid straight 8 hours everyday. Fun. Only take this job till you find something better , its not worth the money and the loss of faith in humanity. Oh and be prepared to NEVER have a holiday off no matter what they tell you. Been here almost 5 years , I definitely know what im talking about.

We believe in a pay-for-performance culture, which includes our compensation rates and our schedule bidding process. We have recently rolled out a new P4P program that gives our call-taking employees the opportunity to earn individual P4P bonus opportunities without competing against other employees. The employee is completely in charge of his/her ability to earn the bonus dollars each quarter! All our hourly employees accrue 5 PTO days and 7 Floating Holidays throughout their first year of employment, to be used as they see fit. We do not designate specific holidays, as we feel this is a personal decision each employee should make for themselves. Maintaining good performance and attendance benefits all our employees!

Pros

Solid software tools provided for troubleshooting.

Cons

Pretty much everything. This company pays next to nothing to people and treats them like misbehaving children in a classroom. Total joke.

Pros

Work from Home, Overtime was usually plentiful, The CoWorkers are great

Cons

Once out of training you are thrown to the wolves with tools you do not train for. The changes to the systems made it more difficult to support customers in the quick manner they request of us. Mandatory overtime is inconvenient (especially when forced into your schedule). You will be doing the work of multiple departments that you are not trained or even paid for. Unfortunately, scheduling later becomes less flexible.

Providing feedback to our clients regarding tools helps in tool development. We appreciate when our employees point out changes that prove to be less helpful than designed. Communication is key to change! Thank you for your feedback.
