Work from home, you get your schedule ahead of time

Cons

All they care about is to have their client happy, i had to have a camera turn on my wholeshift and this sofware will also block my computer if i standed up, put a hand on my face, if it detected any motion on the background, very stressful, and annoying. There is some good people working there, but most management just doesn't care about what other thing you have going on your life besides working.
