Pros

Steady income just follow the rules and you'll stay employed. After 6 months you can try different internships. Coworkers are pretty great.

Cons

QA really hammers good agents. You'll be working for comcast. You can get fired or put on a "final warning" list at a whim.

Pros

Work from home Limited scope of work 401k Health Benefits OT during the first quarter of the year paid training Paid time off easy to get hired

Cons

Management is rude Highly disorganized Lengthy boring training spend most of your time sitting waiting for the people they hired who have no clue what they are doing. 2 weeks of training could be eliminated by hiring qualified personnel. They start to crack down on you about your metrics after the Christmas rush (March April), until eventually they let you go. Even though they will ignore poor performance during peak call months (December - February). No Raise. Whatever you get paid when your hired is what you get paid till you quit or get promoted No Overtime unless unless it's right after Christmas low pay
