Incredibly employee-centric culture here, smart leadership team that has a clear and realistic visions of how to build the business, good product that customers love... just an awesome place to work.
Cons
Like any fast-growing startup, there is a lot of "build-as-you-go". Par for the course considering the company stage but anyone joining a startup should be prepared to wear multiple hats, DIY, and self-manage.
