Pros

Bright people to work with. Traveling. Learning focused environment. Fun events like taking an afternoon off to see a movie and have drinks on the company. (this kind of thing happens about quarterly)

Cons

No true work from home program available. Traveling. Working nights, weekends, and conference. Conference is a 3 day yearly event where you will be asked to work 12 hour days interfacing with the customer base.

Pros

Is it really work if you enjoy what you do and love being around your team? Supportworks is a company (great group of people, friends and family) who truly cares about their people. They have a great culture and passion to help the dealers grow their own businesses.

Cons

As in any company there are growing pains, but I would say this is minimal.
