Pros

I went through a 2-month hiring process with Supportworks until I was offered the position. This proved that Supportworks truly does care about who comes into the company and wants the candidate to be a right fit for the company culture. Although very lengthy of a process, I am grateful they do it the way they do. I was given (3) interviews: phone interview, in-person interview with my future boss along with a company/building tour and in-person interview with the president and vice president of the company. I could feel the strong company culture as soon as I entered the office for my interviews. Everyone was so friendly, happy and smiling. Not something you see in every work place. Supportworks has been awarded the fastest growing company for a number of years and that made me want to get involved while the company was still on the uphill climb. Below I have bulleted some main points that made me want to work at Supportworks while I was on the job hunt: o Company culture & family-oriented company o Young company that is growing rapidly & lively atmosphere o Values, mission, purpose statements

Cons

No cons needed, Supportworks is truly an extraordinary place to work!

Pros

Ever worked in an environment where there was a priority set on making sure you and your fellow employees were well-trained, engaged, and appreciated? This is it. Everyone who works here is highly talented in their area of expertise, there are no weak members. Leadership lives and breathes being a purpose-driven company. If you enjoy working hard, like to be challenged, are self-motivated, and feel a strong pull to make a difference in the lives of others, you might be perfect for Supportworks.

Cons

Vacation isn't unlimited, but they've made recent strides in expanding it for everyone.
