Pros

The best part of working here is the culture. I have never felt more empowered in a role and more supported by management and my peers. Great ideas for innovation can come from anywhere and is encouraged. Management clearly and transparently communicates goals with everyone. You absolutely understand how your role fits in the big picture. I also feel like I am making a difference every day.

Cons

Can't think of any right now.

Pros

Very excellent staff at all levels. Have yet to find someone I wasn't ultimately impressed by. Minimal red tape or shenanigans to pilot. Very "come as you are" company; Plain clothes, and easy to interact with the people here. Fun people and fun culture. Very purpose and community driven. Not a money hungry "corporate" vibe at all.

Cons

Minimal vacation time comparative to other office work. They talk about work/life integration which means you can leave if you need to take care of what you need to and no one will hassle you, but your actual PTO is extremely minimal. The problem then, is when you want to take true vacation you might have a week at best over a year that you can take off guilt-free. The rest of the time you are off, you aren't really off the hook for your work. So stressful situations you are free to leave and then make up the work, but true vacation you are choked on. Many of our jobs can be done remote, yet they insist everyone, everyday come into the office for 8hrs.
