We're so glad to hear that you enjoy our culture here and that you feel energized and encouraged by the leadership from our executive team. We do hold ourselves to high standards and it's great to hear that accountability is also motivating to you! While we are an in-office culture for the most part, employees can work with their manager when flexibility is needed. We understand that life is busy! Thank you for being a valued member of our team. We appreciate all that you do and look forward to working with you for years to come!

Pros

Trusted to manage your own work, freedom to take risks, treated like an adult, no micromanagement. Monthly company get togethers, treat train, development and learning opportunities. Helpful and courteous co-workers. Great work/life integration when needed.

Cons

Minimal (if any) work from home options. Minimal diversity

At Supportworks, we're passionate about giving employees autonomy and empowering them to manage their work, while taking calculated risks. We believe co-creating the objectives and the work we do fosters beautiful things, like dynamic growth and true innovation. It's so rewarding to hear that you appreciate these aspects of our culture and it sounds like you are thriving here! Thank you for sharing your concerns about being able to work-from-home and diversity. We do value an in-office environment becuase we want our team to be able to collaborate with each other and to preserve our incredible culture. That being said, life is busy so managers work closely with their employees to offer flexibility when needed. With resepct to diversity, we desire that our team would continue tgrow in diversity and are working towards it. Adding more diverse talent to our team is something we are working toward. In one aspect of diversity, we are proud to have a split of men and women on our Leadership Team and our President is a woman. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for being a valued member of our team. We're grateful for the impact you have made on our team!

Pros

I work at Supportworks because the Leadership team and people here are nothing short of an incredible group of people that are all moving in the same direction.

Cons

The only con is that the company is growing so fast that it is hard to get to know all of my fellow workers very well as they hire on.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Supportworks! It's so encouraging to hear that you appreciate the leadership team and the increadible group of people who work here and that you feel aligned with the direction the company is moving! We totally understand that it can be challenging to get to know everyone as quickly as the company grows. As we continue to expand, we're trying to find ways to maintain our tight-knit culture, like assigning TeamMates to new employees, small group training classes, and organizing happy hours and meet and greets to introduce new employees to various aspects of the business and the broader Supportworks team! We don't plan to stop there and will continue to evaluate our onboarding process to see if tere are other ways we can forge those connections sooner. Thank you as well for your encouragement to our leadership team! We're so grateful for your support and contributions to the team.
