Thank you for sharing your concerns about being able to work-from-home and diversity. We do value an in-office environment becuase we want our team to be able to collaborate with each other and to preserve our incredible culture. That being said, life is busy so managers work closely with their employees to offer flexibility when needed. With resepct to diversity, we desire that our team would continue tgrow in diversity and are working towards it.
Adding more diverse talent to our team is something we are working toward. In one aspect of diversity, we are proud to have a split of men and women on our Leadership Team and our President is a woman.
