Pros

-Great benefits,culture, rewarding incentives. Close to Metra station. Career opportunities if the VP of the organization wants to let you move departments. Employees are close knit and hold each other accountable.

Cons

With the exception of the IT adept, all other depts are Overworked underpaid. VPs and managers of the organization get away with murder, no ethics no integrity. They make up their own rules and do not live by their parent company’s values. Each department has their own agenda instead of the company working together as one company one goal. Leadership in various departments drop like flies which shows that there are major politics from the top down. Parent company needs to clean house.

Pros

Flexibility in Schedule and Relaxed Culture , where everyone gets along. We also have a lot of fun especially during year end. Managers are very engaging with their front line reps and they seem to really care about their work life balance.

Cons

Our busy season can seem like a lot a first, but the days go by so quickly. The management team is constantly giving prizes and treating us to free lunches. Our bonuses that we can qualify for each month is the icing on the cake.

If you're looking for a company that is a great place to work with AMAZING benefits, you need to check out SurePayroll. We also have a wide range of work shifts available with a lot of potlucks and free Starbucks coffee too! There is always room for growth too.

Cons

Year end is stressful, but we do a bunch of things to try and offset that (raffles, games, food, trivia, team competitions, etc.).
