Lack of structure, too many process changes in short period of time, lack of quality management, bonus structure is subjective and can cause supervisors to fudge numbers, no room to grow unless friends with management, no written procedures, inconsistent procedures (will get different answers from different managers)

Can be stressful at times and there is a busy year-end season that can be challenging. High growth leads often leads to changes in procedures and process to meet new scale of organization.
