      -Better employee benefits. - Parent company is way more structure.

      Cons

      -Always holding back good employee's. - Employee aren't treated fairly and with respect. Instead more like worker bee and slaves. - Communication between other Department, employee's and management are not always communicated. - Lack of growth depending on department.

      Pros

      Casual atmosphere and dress code. Close to the metra station. Friendly co-workers. Relatively easy work once you get a little more experience.

      Cons

      Would be nice if there was more structure. Everyone seems to have their own way of doing/ handling things as opposed to a universal approach. Dealing with angry clients can be stressful, at times.
