      Pros

      Fast growing company, fun place to work, make good money, great benefits and you can walk to the train station in Glenview (1 block).

      Cons

      HQ building is crowded (second building where sales is located is much less crowded). More parking would be nice.

      1. Option to learn from the senior leadership team, easy to approach them. 2. You are responsible for your projects and your actions kind of culture, some people like it and some dont. 3. Few lunches, awards and recognition.

      1. Low compensation 2. Being a smaller company, less chances of moving up the chain

      Pros

      Great product, service, close to train station, very good benefits now with Paychex as owner of company. Management is approachable, compensation good. Growing fast. Fun .

      Cons

      Space is cramped in HQ buidling, Not enough office space, parking lot is full. Need more room for all the new people.
