Pros
It's not often that a person can leave a company, and actually miss it. It's rare that the friends you make a work actually remain friends for life. Though the rarest thing of them all? Having a boss that you can reflect on, years later, and realize that you're actually a better person because of them.
The management here is outstanding. The leadership is that of a large corporation, meaning they know how to get business done professionally and on the ball. The attitude, however, is of a personable group of like-minded people who truly care. Leaders who want you to succeed, leader who know what your passions are and how your family is doing, and leaders who thrive on making you happy. These are leaders who exhibit vulnerability, trust and a clear vision for the company.
There are some seriously amazing perks from working here, aside from the great leadership! There are working from home days, ample snacks, group outings, and great benefits. The overall vibe is welcoming, personable and just a whole lot of fun. Yes, working here was FUN.
Cons
I wouldn't necessarily consider this a con. However, if you don't have self discipline or motivation to get the job done, then this job is not for you. You have a lot of freedom here, which can easily be overwhelming for someone who's not use to it.
