Unfortunate misuse of great potential

Pros

The company has has some very knowledgeable staff who are great to work with. Given the right guidance and focus, SIS could accomplish great things.

Cons

Constant turnover of high-level, valuable staff. Management seems to make arbitrary, impactful decisions with neither regard for consequence nor followup with those affected. Company revolves around painfully corporate and slow-moving processes. Higher-ups are not in touch with (and, in cases, several states away from) the problems faced at the working level.

Pros

The people are generally a pleasure to work with. They are smart and genuinely interested in helping clients to achieve the best results possible.

Cons

The leadership tends to be a bit haphazard sometimes. The C-suite leaders are solid, but the next tier can be a guessing game. It depends on who the favorite employee of the day is, as well as the mood.
