Pros

Able to learn things you can take to other companies and get paid more to do.

Cons

Pay is below market rate, low to no communication between manager and employee, everyone there wants to leave, no career advancement if you are of color, no support from higher tiers, no transparency, very little to no training, just a boring old school corporate America job, no perks or benefits if you are the top performer.

Pros

-Office Location / Next to Mall -COO knows his stuff -Support department knows their technical stuff.

Cons

-Pay is below market no matter what they say. -Annual bonus and raises are tiny. 2% average. 3% at best -No company wide events. Highly disfunctional and disconnected -Multiple layoffs and outsourcing jobs even though management says they're doing great. -New sales are rare to none. -Sales department is severely lacking -Product department is outdated and lack innovation.

A great company headed in the right direction

Pros

I spent 5 great years here. I recently left for personal reasons but it was a difficult decision. The best thing about this company and about any great company is the people. I have always been treated like family here. The new"ish" leadership of the company could not be better. The C-suite has the company going in the right direction and there is a bright future for everyone at SIS.

Cons

SIS was too singularly focused on one market and one sales channel in the past. That had set the company back a bit but the past is the past. The last few years the company has been on the right track and is working on executing an exciting growth plan.
