Extreme high turnover, lack of cohesiveness among departments. Career growth determined by political games and if involved in inner circle. Employees don't feel valued or empowered and simply are robots doing a job.

When I began working at SIS, we used to have lots of small perks, such as after social events at Andretti's, team lunches, Ice Cream Social\Birthday parties and going home two hours early on the days before holidays. There were also two large events yearly: SIS Prom and Family Day Over time, these benefits have pretty much completely disappeared. Pay is below industry standards. The above benefits used to make up for this. There is also little room to grow inside a department. To advance, you will need to move to a different department or leave. After you've been here a while, you tend to stop getting acknowledged for your work.
