Cool product tar getting small hospitals to medium size hospitals. .NET based solution . Offshore team for development.

Cons

15 year old product does not fit well for the current competition. All the manager are trying to keep their job. No one wants new innovation ideas or how to handle competition. Some of the products are so old Client complaint a lot. Competitors are aggressive and hospitals are trying to cut cost. SIS has to throw current product and embrace new technologies sooner otherwise company will not survive.
