Cons
Glassdoor keeps requiring me to verify this information. This was my honest experience and observation. Experiences vary for many reasons. These were mine! Stress - you will have no idea what's going on, and neither will your leadership. The company is anything but transparent. If you work remote, you'll never know what's going on with the company as a whole; you'll never learn about changes that may effect your role. Then you get in trouble for not following a change you never learned about. There is no teamwork. Pay - you'll make pennies while executives buy their 3rd house. There is no pay transparency. It's not on the job ads so that you can make an informed decision before applying. They also mess up paychecks quite often. If you do work here, talk to your team about pay, it's not illegal. Productivity expectations - you are a machine to them. If they could get away with working you 24/7 and not paying you, they would try. Random acquisitions - they keep buying up companies and have no idea how to handle the changes. It's a big mess. Don't believe all the awards they tote; they pay to receive those. Retaliatory practices - they will threaten you if you try to bring issues to light. Or if you find a job with a supposed competitor, even though they have no idea who their competitors are.
