Annual Company Bonuses, PTO Flexible Work Schedule - Remote

Toxic management, Micromanaging - Continuouly pointed out faults never recognized achievements. All management is on the same level - Quantity over Quality. Expectations unatainable - they just continue to pile on more work even if you are beyond capacity then get mad when you can't keep up. They want robots not people and pay peanuts for you to work the job of 4 people.

Overworked and underpaid. Publicly owned company that just cares about the bottom line. Employees are a only a commodity for this company. Ridiculous amounts of work that only machines are capable of producing. Managers are not there to help you.
