Pros

The ability to work from home is awesome and gives a bit more freedom than other jobs. They have great paid training with very nice trainers when you start that depends on your role and contract.

Cons

Their systems have not been updated to handle the amount of people they have hired. There are people who have been forced out or quit because their systems won't work and others who have never taken a call in their program because the system issues are continuing.
