Salary is good, could be better.
Cons
They keep raising your tasks. they have a quality team to review your performance. very detailing. you have to send the customer an agenda 5 days before a meeting, if not you get a fail notice. you have to say a greeting, a disclaimer and a handshake greeting before you leave the meeting as well as remind the customer when is the next meeting. you have to then, send a summary of the meeting. all that you have to report into a CRM app, a report to your Team leader, and then report it again at the end of the month so you can get your bonus. and your bonus depends on the qualification of the meetings you have during the month. you have to have a certain number of meetings during the month, and other tasks as well. your work for the customer is worth nothing, they pay more attention to reporting and having to say a disclaimer than the work-related issues you solve.
