Good working environment Easily mingle with others Appreciation for good performers (dont expect any credits)

No opportunity and nothing to learn new things Same routine work Work pressure - Must complete the daily target If you made a small mistake, it will take you to escalations More politics - must good to TLs, managers so that you can for next position (not easy) Salary is not equal to your work load and no appraisal even if you work for many years as well as consistency in performance.
