Where do I begin? -the pay makes me sick to my stomach considering the workload they throw onto you -every morning you will wake up to a passive aggressive or condescending slack message -these people act like they’re curing cancer when in reality they’re all just over-glorified paper pushers -the culture is sooooo toxic and anyone can see that just by looking at their turnover rate -HR is literally useless but that’s everywhere -they use and abuse naive APM’s -you will work overtime without the pay -thanksgiving, Christmas, etc are not off. You have to take out PTO for those days. How wonderful and thoughtful right?! - this company’s core values do not at all align with who and what they are. The jokes write themselves at this point -every white man has a drinking problem, a hipster mustache, and looks like they make their own granola -if you’re a POC, don’t work here. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhereee else please
