Good benefits and pay if you stay long-term.

Cons

Most of the people I started training with left within a year, as did I. I asked for help many times and they told me before I resigned that they never took new APMs seriously because they were all overwhelmed. I was told I should have been more dramatic if I really wanted help. HR did not find any of this concerning during my exit interview, even though it came from a high-level manager.
