Pros

The pay was fair given the job responsibilities. The supervising staff gave opportunities based on employee ability and ambition.

Cons

There is very little room to move within the department. There is a lack of full-time employment opportunities. The day shift gets priority over the afternoon/evening shift.

Pros

The benefits are amazing. You get quarterly bonuses which is based on the revenue of your clinic. You get up to two weeks paid vacation. Great health insurance plans! (I only paid $6 a month for just me.) Plenty of oppotunity especially to apply internally.

Cons

Some clinics are better to work at than others. I started out at heart and vascular which had a high school esque vibe. By that I mean people are in there own cliques, there's tons of gossip, and the clinic ops at the time had her favorites.

Pros

Great hospital and coworkers, interesting pathology, service to poor

Cons

Overworked mid levels without extra comp time off or pay when needing to work more. Work-life balance very challenging
