Pros

Awesome providers, great access to healthcare, some brilliant minds among your coworkers.

Cons

Career Development is nil. There is much chatter about it, but no actual planning. It is difficult to receive recognition from Management, as they are keen on getting it themselves Lack of cohesion in rolling out projects.

Pros

Swedish is an inspiring environment most days. The work is Innovative, a willingness to take risks, and day in/out you'll work with intelligent professionals

Cons

It's unavoidable given the current disruption in the healthcare market but it is not uncommon for key projects to stall. Many are abandoned for 'the next best thing' and not hardwired only to be revived in the future.
