Pros

Management and HR is very supportive. High performers quickly get recognized and move up. Management engaged and push hard for clients. Younger energetic staff with a purpose. Putting clients first is not lip service, it is a priority. Nice office, equipment and staff is spoiled (lunches, events, etc.)

Cons

Environment is not for the lazy. If you don’t perform or be recognized as a rising star you will eventually be cut from the team.

I’m so grateful for finding SJ. There is a lot of room for growth. Very friendly work environment. Management cares about your growth and your success within the firm. Colleagues also care about your success and growth and are willing to teach and share their knowledge. Fast-paced exciting work.

Working at Sweet James has been amazing. The firm really cares for its employees and always makes sure we have what is needed to be successful whether thats further guidance with tasks or a snack cart to fuel everyone up! There is always a positive attitude around the office and everyone seems very happy to be at work which isn't always the case! I feel like i am apart of a great family working at this firm and I wouldn't have it any other way!

In all honesty, not a single con I can think of!
