Pros
Being in my mid 20's, I have previously hopped around to a lot of positions and never really enjoyed my work until I came to this firm. There is so much upward growth and movement that can happen if you work hard and put the time in. I was here when it was a different company and since the new management has arrived, the differences are night and day. Previously, the old management played favorites and were sexist in the way they choose positions for people (only female receptionists/ male only lien negotiators) and typically only hired white people. Since that change in October 2019, there are many kinds of people that work here and has become extremely diverse and welcoming with people of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds. I have been here for almost 2 years (longest job I've had consistently) and plan on working here as long as humanely possible!
Cons
Very fast paced, be ready to work and learn yet know the benefits and perks are tremendous if you work hard!
