Pros

The management team are "spot on" when it comes to directing us into the greatest outcome for both employee and the organization. Meaning that they equalize the effort to bring about a positive ending to all tasks/assignment. Everything is in order and that's what I love about working there.

Cons

I have no cons. The pay equals the work. The benefits are equal to the multi billion dollar company they are. I strongly believe that the benefits equal the work involved. The people I have met are patient and kind. They impose their customer service philosophy to each other and to even the custodial staff, -always positive, never negative. They have a strong faith in doing what's right at all times, and I leave here each night happy to be employed here. The only Con I may have is that this is a huge facility ... So you better have a good pair of walking shoes, and don't worry about sweating too much, cause you won't... It's air conditioning units are top notch ! Overall, I would recommend this employer to anyone I care about because I know it will be a great place to start out or to stay forever. So , in saying this, these folks are 5 stars from whatever angle you may have.

Pros

Many of the staff I work with are very nice and genuinely want to help me grow. The benefits are excellent. It feels rewarding to successfully help others over the phone or by email. There are plenty of resources available to help guide you to solutions for customers. If you’re comfortable working in a call center, this is a solid job!

Cons

I wish the pay were higher. Sometimes calls can last a long time. You may have to deal with upset callers.
