Trauma bonding with the people I worked with.

Cons

The amount of meetings about nothing & micromanagement was insane. As an Account Manager you take all the blame for every failure; Drivers, Driver Leaders, General Managers, Sales, & Planners take no responsibility for the failures that continually pile up.

No support for the amount of work you have they give over a 40 accounts who constant want to be on the phone with status overnight
