-While working here I felt that I contributing to my community in a positive way. -Most of my interactions with employees and managers of various departments were overwhelmingly positive. There are many fantastic people here who were professional and courteous.

Cons

-Poor pay. -I was expected to occasionally work overtime without extra compensation. -I feel that unprofessional conduct I experienced from coworkers was not handled properly. -Inefficient and cumbersome process design -Nonexistent knowledge base

Serves community, located conveniently on bus lines, the people that have dedicated their lives to Swope are staying because they love the people that they serve.

Cons

The Swope of days gone by are over, they don’t care if people stay anymore, pretty much they have the employees are irreplaceable mentality.
