Training was insufficient and all supervisors have their own way they do certain things anyway. Supervisors and HR talk down to you as if you are ignorant and beneath them. Supervisors will also put false information in your supervison notes to cover their own behind as having done their job when it actually wasn't done. Productivity and documentation expectations for CSS's are unrealistic as they must be met irregardless of client cancellations, computer down time, scheduled vacation time, or sick leave. Non-performance, even for excused sick leave, earns you a "development plan" due to "poor client services" which goes in your HR file. CSS turn-over is unbelievable! I've NEVER seen anything like it in all my many years of experience! Health insurance is high.
