-Fun Product/Software constantly getting updates and being made better

Cons

-Absolutely horrendous working environment. If you aren't Taiwanese don't bother. Seriously. -Pay is mediocre to sub-par, benefits are okay. -No culture whatsoever and there is little freedom to do anything. Bright, innovatie employees are being pushed out constantly and useless ones are left behind

Pros

Employees in Taipei headquarters are the only ones treated fairly. They are the only ones who said good things about the company. If you are a engineer in Taiwan you will be treated well. That is how the company develops good products.

Cons

No pay. No respect. No training. Do not work in Sales unless you want to be treated like GARBAGE! Do not take a job from these people! You will regret it. US employees are treated very bad. Everything the guy said in the "Synology America (Bellevue) is a sinking ship - avoid!" review is true!

Pros

Pros what PROS??? The only pro of this job is meeting the many young and talented people who work here, but aside from that work life, management, etc is abysmal.

Cons

Most people who begin working here say they have read the reviews and didn't believe them because they thought the reviews were coming from scorned ex employees. But as you can see when reading these reviews all of the positive reviews written for Synology are coming from Taiwan, not Synology America. In fact if you look at all of the reviews for Synology America you will notice that about 99% of them have nothing but negative things to say, so this should be a clear indication to you that you don't want to work here unless you enjoy being underpaid, under appreciated and screwed over!
