Pros

Meet some decent people - work two days from home - learn the technology

Cons

Training is a joke which management refuses to fix. People are let go so frequently that a revolving door should be installed. Management does not listen to the employees and is constantly changing the direction of sales goals, priorities, territories. Pay increases are a joke, advancement is extremely limited - company is cheap / a pizza party for the office had to get CEO approval $150 and managers did not have the authority to do so.

Pros

The colleagues are of similar age and easy to get along with. The work cooperation is smooth. The supervisors are almost all trained people. The benefits are good, including afternoon tea.

Cons

You need to develop more key products to be noticed. Except for engineers, the salaries of other positions are too low.
