Pros

Co-workers are nice and treat you well. They dont pay much attention to you so it can be lower pressure.

Cons

Low pay, middle management is horrible, and benefits are extremely low. I put in a ton of effort and was extremely successful only to be treated poorly with minimal raises and ultimately being used.

bad management, if you expect to gain "general/useful" feedback on your project, find another place, managers here are not good at mentorship
