Will never have a problem getting work. Great pay and benefits

Cons

Long hours especially during staffing crisis (COVID), not really their fault but not much life outside of work until things normalize

Home every night, 1000 per week minimum pay

Cons

Very stingy, will guarantee nothing. They took the weekly minimum away when COVID hit and also laid off thousands. They have brought it back now but it took a full year. Bottom line is most important to them.
