Pros

finish early and pay is not bad, 1.5 extra pay if you work 6 days. Amazing work environment, bosses in cork are great and sound really care about human values but they are very limited as dublin management takes stupid decisions and senior management is poor, is normal that to happen as they hire for those positions "friend of friend". Money is alright so you can come, Do your job and go home early and dont care about anything else.

Cons

management from Dublin is the worst, incredibly useless and unprofessional people working there

Pros

You make your schedule if you don’t have a micromanager.

Cons

Current leadership is struggling. From the top down everything thing is finger pointing and shifting the blame. Consultants just received a 10k payout to focus on new commission potential. Sysco is struggling to regain market share.

Pros

The pay is great, especially in a warehouse position. The team is also great, good banter, and super understanding and helpful

Cons

The work itself is hard and it’s easy to lose motivation.
