Pros

I thought about this lot and there’s not many I can think of

Cons

Over the last five years, Kevin H. only knows how to cut cost and has no conception of how to grow sales. He’s reduced overhead, consolidated positions and implemented pay cuts. they are trying to save themselves to success because they lack the leadership to motivate and grow sales Middle and upper management, follow the rules out of fear of losing their job. Sales growth is limited because every other department has been reduced significantly that there’s no support or help for growth. I hope this company finds a new leader because under this current leadership they have taken a good company and managed to destroy it in a handful of years
