Thank you for sharing your perspective. It’s great to hear you appreciate SPA’s generous and flexible comp time and overtime policies, as well as the opportunities to travel. Affording employees the ability to have increased autonomy over their schedule and work-life balance is a focus for SPA. We also understand the importance of having clear expectations surrounding compensation and career progression. That’s why over the past year, our Human Resources and Learning & Development teams have worked diligently to refine salary bands and stand up numerous programs related to career progression. Furthermore, with the launch of our new HR Information System, SAP, we’re working to continue to educate our workforce in our compensation process. SPA does have a compensation philosophy, program, and ranges and we continue to work with management to refine the process. We encourage you to check Nexus to ensure you’re leveraging all learning resources available to you as well as the full capabilities of SAP. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we encourage you to continue to share thoughtful feedback with your management.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It’s wonderful to hear you felt respected and appreciated by your coworkers and management during your time with SPA. Fostering an environment in which folks not only excel in supporting their customers but also feel empowered to support one another is a key goal of SPA, and part of the reason why we have been ranked as a Top Workplace by the Washington Post for 11 consecutive years. At SPA, we also understand the important role compensation plays in workplace satisfaction. That’s why leadership regularly reviews our contracts to ensure SPA offers competitive salaries that match and/or beat others in the industry. We have also recently launched salary bands to promote parity across individuals in certain jobs, career tracks, and clearance levels. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts regarding your coworkers, management, and compensation. The feedback will help inform decisions as we strive for continual improvement.
