Affording employees the ability to have increased autonomy over their schedule and work-life balance is a focus for SPA. We also understand the importance of having clear expectations surrounding compensation and career progression. That’s why over the past year, our Human Resources and Learning & Development teams have worked diligently to refine salary bands and stand up numerous programs related to career progression. Furthermore, with the launch of our new HR Information System, SAP, we’re working to continue to educate our workforce in our compensation process. SPA does have a compensation philosophy, program, and ranges and we continue to work with management to refine the process.
