Pros

The projects are some of the coolest in the world. Building huge custom machines demands creative solutions and every project is different. Very laid back office style and cool job perks. The most passionate, smart, knowledgeable people I've met. I learn something new every day and am constantly challenged.

Cons

High pressure and high stress situations are unavoidable. Some clients are difficult to please.

Designing Show Action Elements that seem impossible to build and succeed!!! Learning many new and exiting things everyday! Very free and open environment that does not limit your creativity!

Cons

Extremely challenging and at times can be frustrating because the designs seem impossible to physically build! (TAIT never fails in getting it done!)
