Pros

These guys do things in entertainment that no one else can do. From Giant rock tours, to performer flying at theme parks, they are the highest end vendor on the planet when it comes to automation control systems in the entertainment industry.

Cons

If you don't understand the demands of the entertainment industry, you will be in for a terrible shock (especially if you come from typical industrial automation jobs).

Most of my coworkers were friendly and helpful. Fun employee perks and office environment. Working for high profile clients was exciting.

Cons

Company is constantly reinventing itself. Hiring and firing is rampant. Talented & dedicated people let go and often. I don't trust this company. I got a raise and was told how great I was doing and was then blindsided and let go 2 weeks later due to "restructuring." Saw this happen to many people that I worked with. Specifically people 45+ years old.
