      Great in the beginning before commission structure changed.

      Pros

      No pros what so ever. I had to quit because sales were being taken away from me. HR didn't respond to me when I emailed. Very unprofessional.

      Cons

      Pay and commission structure. Stop worrying about giving back to the community and give back to your hard working employees. Sales jobs should be unlimited income as long as you put the best foot forward. Not capped.

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience, but it's comments like these that show us we still have room to grow, so thank you again for letting us know what you think.       Pros

      Not a lot really. I could see some pros working from the corporate side of things, but there are not alot for the front line workers who make the company's profits.

      Cons

      I was one of the ones who ignored the earlier reviews and decided to give them a shot anyways. Boy was I wrong! Please don't ignore these reviews and use your intuition to figure our which ones are fake. The real reviews all have a few things in common: Horrible Pay. Long Hours. No Room for Advancement. And upper management is a frat house. It's all about who your buddies with. Please, please save yourself a great deal of stress and go work at Wal-Mart. You'll make more anyways.

      Employees do not matter.

      Pros

      Decent hourly rate after paying $5.00 per hour to reps for a long time.

      Cons

      Zero commission to be made, only bonuses. If you sell 19 phones and the bonus level is 20, you will not get paid for the 19 phones and the company keeps all of the profit. Upper management has no shame in playing favorites and pretends to be fair just to look good on paper. The company claims "employees matter" but will terminate you in a New York minute regardless of your production if you are not a part of their clique and don't fit in. They care nothing about your personal life or if you have mouths to feed. You are just a number and completely expendable. You are forced to ask for donations daily for their culture of good program along with participating in monthly community service projects that take you off of the sales floor (which holds you back from hitting those sales goals). To say there is a substantial amount of micromanagement would be the understatement of the year. Horrible place to work if you value job security.
