Pros

Benefits are nice. Most people that are sales representatives are good people.

Cons

No chance to advance in the company, basically no perks to working there, management is a joke (especially upper management), benefits are expensive, if you work in a slow store it's not worth it, if a customer doesn't pay their bill three months later after you sold them a phone you get money taken out of your paycheck, no raises if you don't get promoted, company clearly tries to not pay you by making hard to reach "bonus" goals, everything TCC sells is more expensive than verizon corporate, terrible hours (I usually work 10 hour days) and you get no lunch time so if its busy you never get to eat, most customers are frustrating to deal with, you have to pay for your own business cards or Verizon apperal.

Pros

You sometimes get to meet some pretty cool people. Solid discount on plan Hands on with some tech before launch

Cons

This company has changed so much since I started with them four years ago. In 2014, i came in as a bright eyed, bushy tailed rep ready to attack for that paper. After about a year of making some ok money I was promoted to management. What was once an excited phrase to say has since become a worn out, tired, sluggish sentence of my day to day. Work life balance is non existent, COG is still a top focus for the company but has since turned into a marketing ploy to drive sales for a book that nobody read. The CEO has lost his best people and will continue to do so with turnover rates well above a crushing 50%. Since my management promotion, I have had 4 different pay structures. Now I’m left to wither away on a salary that is almost 30k less than prior year, in a significantly understaffed store, working 7 days a week as a glorified sales rep. Management doesn’t care. No matter how much they claim to.

Pros

My Sales reps , customers .

Cons

Company uses culture of good as a tax write up and cares more about the 3 companies Scott created to pay himself more than actual employees. Conduct a sales rally every year to throw dust over their issues and get managers to buy into the unacceptable environment they are building . Every pay change they provide decreases pay and this company has blatantly stated they don't care about firing employees for minimum expectations , that were rolled out poorly and weren't communicated properly by ANY channel They say pay is with industry standards which is absolutely false , they treat their managers horribly and with the new pay change don't even provide them with compensation for running the stores. They constantly add more work onto the manager yet expect to not have to compensate them well . Has some of the worst turnover I have ever experienced and the CEO is an arrogant , disillusioned , self-centered,entitled buffoon.
