Pros

Good coworkers, support staff and hard working people (Not SR leaders) that actually do the work.

Cons

Too many making decisions that affect the actual customer facing staff. They laid off too many and took away any help to support and are increasing team size while the Sr. Leaders in NJ and Canada all get paid huge amounts of money to come up with things to make our job more difficult. They have no idea how hard our jobs are and couldn't do them for a week. They want more for less. They will get less for less.

Pros

They give you an all in one printer scanner fax for home use.

Cons

Do not work to close loans efficiently. When hired you're told to bring deals and then its handed off to processing and you're on to the next. This is where the trouble is. No adherence to commitment or closing dates. You Essentially process your own files. Underwriters come back at the last minute. Mangement including upper management uses phrases like "hopefully" and "we're looking at." Comp plan is horrible 25bps 0-999,999.00. No lead system you are on your own. No incentives to employees. Branches get ALL mortgage business. No branch assignment to LO's.

Pros

Just a job. Little bit flexibility in schedule.

Cons

Tellers are required to stand all day. There are no chairs given or available even when a teller is sick. This is only in USA branches but in Canada by law all the tellers are provided a chair because it affects their health in the long run. They obviously don't care about their US employees especially the low paid tellers.
