None worth mentioning. It's a big corporation so you get what you'd expect from a greedy company. Profits Before People!

Cons

Being uninvited from team meetings, having one on ones with manager continually cancelled, and being ignored to the point where the organization is clearly trying to get some employees to quit so they won't have to pay unemployment. It appears job eliminations are coming so making employees leave through low pay and a toxic work environment will help save the shareholders a few bucks. IT is 100% focused on ONLY helping Sales but if you work in another department be prepared to receive no technical help at all.

Tech Data was a great company before being purchased by Synnex. Health insurance is ok. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Since the pandemic we were told we would not be returning to office. This clearly wasn't the case as it was announced over an email that it would be mandatory we return 2 days a week to build "collaboration". This is after record profits and showing we were just as productive to work from home. Where wasn't this information in any of the town halls? Why were we notified on a Friday morning over an email? Obviously it wasn't a popular decision and the executive team knew that. With new RTO expenses paired below market salary, it's only worth it if you live close to the office. How RTO was communicated should make anyone question this companies decisions in the future.

Hardly any. If you are assigned a friendly manager your life here may be tolerable.

Cons

Extremely high levels of corporate speak from executive leadership. A decision making structure closely associated with which way is the wind blowing. Profit above all else including employee happiness, employee retention, work life balance, etc.
