a pay check, some decent people

Cons

Micromanagement, Public humiliation, 15+ hours a week in useless meetings, No career path, No investment in (cheap) key tools, 99% admin work- must love PPT and copy editing, Management who only cares about thier reputation, not employees, Management who will not stand by you or back you up, Backlash if you talk to HR about the above; including bullying to get you to quit.

Pros

There is not any that I can think of other than the flexibility to work from home, but that was only due to COVID.

Cons

Where do I start. This is the most toxic, disorganized, and greedy company I have ever worked for. There is lack of advancement unless you are on the friends or family plan with someone in leadership. This place reminds me of working at a old textile factory. Leadership is greedy, out for themselves, and lack common decency. Beware of the glitz and glamour from the outside. They will promise you the world but it is a dead end.
